Project Description

The SRA track resurfacing team was out and about across the Autumn 2025 major possessions, once again delivering high-performance outcomes on the Ulan Line. Our 08-275 Unimat consist played a key role in maintaining and enhancing track quality throughout the season's ARTC major works program.

Working efficiently across both closedowns, our crews delivered critical maintenance and resurfacing works that directly support the performance, safety, and reliability of the ARTC network between Bengalla and Yarrawa in New South Wales.

Despite facing machine issues and extremely challenging weather conditions, including heavy rain during the final night shift—our team achieved all critical scopes safely and on time. Every section was handed back to the highest quality standard without incidents.

Additionally, extra scope outside the original plan was identified and completed due to poor track conditions, further demonstrating our proactive approach and commitment to delivering resilient outcomes.
