Project Description

In April, Swietelsky Rail Australia proudly completed another successful ballast cleaning and track corridor enhancement project in Muswellbrook NSW. The project delivered vital works to enhance the reliability and longevity of the ARTC heavy haul network in the Upper Hunter region.

Operating across a challenging 10km worksite, our dedicated team worked efficiently, safely, and collaboratively to exceed project expectations. Despite tough conditions, our team not only completed the planned scope but also achieved an additional 600 metres of work, demonstrating our commitment to value, performance and client outcomes.

This project was a true showcase of coordinated effort, with over 20 machines mobilised both on and off track. Successful delivery supported by clear, consistent and transparent communication between SRA project team and client project representatives. All safety, quality, environmental, and community aspects successfully managed to deliver another incident free project.
